Welcome to The Golfletica Virtual Group Class experience! Our goal is to provide you with a safe, effective and fun workout that can be scaled to your fitness level. All classes will be coached with options to workout with or without equipment and with your individual needs in mind. We are here to help you achieve your goals and keep you smiling along the way. Our signature class here at Golfletica where we bring together the best of everything in strength training, mobility work, balance, core stability and coordination to cover all your bases. Golfers and non golfers alike will love this well rounded workout that will both challenge you and help you feel your best afterwards.
One of our missions at Golfletica is to help golfers play injury free their entire life, and that starts right here. We are so fortunate to work with so many incredible junior athletes and help them develop the strength, power and skills they need to continue playing their best through some of the toughest years of physical development. Our goal is to provide a safe and effective workout each time that will help our junior athletes develop a lifetime love for being active!
If you are focusing more on increasing your strength and power, this is the class for you. Our coaches will take you through a more traditional strength workout while incorporating elements of mobility training and some segments focused purely on power development.
Welcome to an exploration in joint range of motion! Be prepared to change your perspective on mobility training and gain a better understanding for how your body moves. This class focuses on improving control throughout your body and bullet proofing the joints in a way that will enhance all your other activities and help increase your strength.
Martial arts has always been an underlying theme at Golfletica. Our founder Dr. Harry Sese is a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo, and both of our coaches are 1st degree black belts. We have seen first hand the impact martial arts training has both mentally and physically, and we wanted to bring that to you! No prior training is required for this fun and powerful workout, but be prepared to add some extra yards and feel more calm and connected than ever before!
Our most unique class we offer, and perhaps the most challenging! The focus in Parre is on muscle endurance, and we accomplish this by bringing together elements from Barre, yoga, isometrics and mobility training. You will work all planes of motion and challenge your body in new ways all to the beat of the music.
