Do I need an Appointment?
Yes. Simply call or text us at 425-221-7243, or email us at info@golfletica.com to schedule your appointment.
Do you take Walk-Ins?
It depends. We strongly recommend contacting us before coming to the clinic to ensure we can fit you in that day.
Do you take Insurance for the treatments?
We accept many major local insurance carriers, including Premera, Blue Shield Blue Cross, Aetna, and Medicare. Contact us if you’d like us to verify your coverage.
What if you don’t take my Insurance?
If we don’t accept your insurance, we offer a cash-pay rate. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use your HSA/FSA card.
How much does it cost to Workout?
We offer in-person and virtual sessions, including both group and one-on-one options. We can discuss the best format for you once we’ve determined the most appropriate recommendation for your needs.
Are Treatments available in Tacoma?
We currently offer treatment at our Tacoma location once a month. Please contact us to schedule an appointment and for more details.
