Dr. Sese is a Specialist in Sports Performance and Rehabilitation, renowned for his extensive work with elite golfers and athletes from various sports disciplines. He co-founded GOLFLETICA Sports and Rehab with his wife, Shawn, where he merges his expertise in human performance with cutting-edge sports rehabilitation techniques, and also serves as the clinic’s Health and Performance Director. He serves as the High Performance Coach for the Junior National Team and the United States National Development Program run by the United States Golf Association (USGA). In addition, he is the Team Health and Performance Director for Jon Rahm and Legion XIII in the LIV Golf League. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Sese has supported many of the world’s top-100 golfers, including PGA TOUR players Wyndham Clark, Cameron Davis, Jake Knapp, Scottie Scheffler, and Adam Hadwin, as well as PGA TOUR Champions players Stephen Ames and Jerry Kelly. His athletes have earned 50+ victories worldwide, including five Major Championships. Dr. Sese’s expertise extends beyond golf, having worked with athletes from the NFL, MLB, and other professional sports organizations. His profound insights into human performance have made him a highly sought-after consultant, demonstrated by his previous role as the Health and Performance Consultant for the Vancouver Canucks. In his spare time, Dr. Sese is dedicated to practicing Taekwondo, where he holds an impressive 7th-degree black belt and proudly holds the title as a Grand Master with the World Taekwondo Federation. On weekends, he loves to escape for short getaways with his wife, Shawn, and their crazy toy Australian shepherds, Stevie and Davy.

At GOLFLETICA Sports and Rehab, Shawn Farmer Sese oversees all fitness programming and group training for hundreds of golfers and leads the organization’s elite junior development program. She also serves as the USNDP National Team Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, where she designs and implements high-performance training for the next generation of elite players. A former collegiate golfer at Eastern Washington University, Shawn has coached at the Division I, community college, and high school levels, giving her a deep understanding of both long-term player development and the demands of competitive golf.

Shawn has also served as the Varsity Girls Golf Coach at The Overlake School for 17 seasons. During her tenure, the team has won four State Championships, including the last three seasons in a row.

Shawn holds multiple certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Functional Range Systems, and Kettlebell Coach University. Beyond golf, she is a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo and has competed in nine USGA events, blending high-level athletic experience with advanced training expertise in her work with players of all ages and abilities.

Dr. Sarah is a dedicated Sports Chiropractor with a strong commitment to helping athletes reach their highest level of performance and recovery. She earned both her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States. To further refine her expertise, she went on to complete advanced certifications as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and an Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor (ICSC), and most recently obtained her TPI Level 1 Certification.

Her work as a healthcare provider has taken her around the world, caring for athletes on the international stage—including serving at the Muay Thai Youth World Championship in Thailand and the 2025 CSIT World Games in Greece. With a background in dance, Dr. Sarah brings a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on dancers, fueling her passion for working with this population as well as with young athletes across a variety of sports.

Grant Rice is a Strength and Mobility Coach at Golfletica, dedicated to helping golfers optimize movement, build strength, and elevate performance on and off the course. Drawing on a deep understanding of human movement and athletic development, he designs training programs that enhance mobility, stability, and power while reducing the risk of injury.

He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and holds advanced credentials as an FRC Mobility Specialist, Functional Range Assessment Specialist, Functional Range Strength Coach, and Kinstretch Level 2 Instructor.

Grant’s approach integrates science-based strength training with the Functional Range Systems methodology to improve joint health, movement capacity, and overall athletic efficiency. His philosophy is simple: help athletes move better first—so they can train harder, play longer, and perform at their best for years to come.

Born in Tacoma, Washington, Max Lewis brings over 25 years of experience training clients and athletes of all levels. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Master Trainer, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Fitness, Power and Junior Level 2

As the Head Strength and Performance Coach at Golfletica in Tacoma, Max specializes in one-on-one and group golf performance training, helping golfers improve strength, mobility, and power for a more efficient and powerful swing.

Originally from Hilo, Hawai‘i, I’ve always believed that movement is more than exercise, it’s a love language. It’s how we connect to ourselves, our environment, and our potential. My approach to training is rooted in the bio-psycho-social model, integrating the physical, mental, and emotional layers of human performance to help every athlete reach their highest level.

With certifications including NSCA-CPT, FMS Level 2, FRA, FRCms, FRSC, and TPI Level 1, I’ve spent years bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping people move from pain and restriction to strength, confidence, and freedom of movement. My passion lies in building the bridge that connects recovery to peak athletic potential, and understanding what the body truly needs to perform at its best.

When I’m not coaching or studying movement, you’ll probably find me vibing to my all-time favorite Spotify artists: Bob Marley, Drake, Kid Cudi, Boyz II Men, and UB40. A mix that reminds me to stay grounded, creative, and connected to rhythm, just like movement itself.

Kevin has been a golf performance specialist for since 2014, and is dedicated to optimizing movement and enhancing performance for golfers of all levels. Drawing from his expertise in anatomy and physiology, he works with clients throughout New York City and northern New Jersey to help them move better, get out of pain, and perform at their highest level. He works with a variety of golfers ranging from players on the PGA tour to beginners. Whatever your golf performance needs, Kevin is able to help you move and play your best!
